Terms of Use for Pomo Pals

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pomo Pals mobile app (the "App") provided by Pomo Pals ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. The service

Pomo Pals is a focus/productivity app with a Pomodoro-style timer, a collectible-pet reward system, planning tools, and optional social features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items

Coins and other virtual items are licensed to you for use within the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Purchases of coins are final except as required by law or Apple's policies.

Pomo Pals Pro is available as:

• an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly), or
• a one-time lifetime purchase.

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before purchase.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
